Description of the circuit 

Day 1 : Arrival in Arles
Take the time to explore the narrow streets of this beautiful ancient city and discover its Romanesque and Romanesque heritage before arriving at your hotel.
Night and breakfast in a 2-star hotel (standard range) or 3-star hotel (comfort range)

Day 2 : Arles – Sainte Marie de la Mer – 40 km 
Today you can continue your visit of Arles by going to discover its famous Roman amphitheatre before joining the cycle track that will take you to the Camargue. You will surely come across a few free horses in the heart of this wilderness. Enjoy the softness and beauty of these unique landscapes. Today’s stage will take you to Sainte Marie de la Mer, a typical seaside village of this region. 
Night and breakfast in a 2-star (standard range) or 3-star (comfort range) hotel.

Day 3: Loop around Sainte Marie de la Mer – 18 or 64 km 
Option 1 – 18 km – This loop will take you through the Camargue countryside to discover the manades and small houses typical of the region. The superb ornithological park of the Pont du Gau is a place not to be missed to admire many species of birds such as the sublime pink flamingos, beautiful photos in perspective!
Option 2 – 64 km – This longer loop will take you to the seaside before taking you to the Vaccarès pond to admire the local fauna and flora. A boat trip in the marsh or a horse ride will complete your visit, depending on your wishes.

Day 4: Sainte Marie de la Mer – Aigues Mortes – 35 km
Today’s stage will take you across the Camargue to reach Aigues Mortes and its many salt marshes to discover. After visiting the town and its ramparts, the cycle track can take you to Grau-du-Roi to enjoy the Mediterranean Sea. 
Night and breakfast in a 2-star (standard range) or 3-star (comfort range) hotel.

Day 5 : Aigues-Mortes – Arles – 55 km
You will pedal today on the Via Rhona along the Petit Rhône. Let yourself be charmed by the typical landscapes of the Camargue, its fauna and flora. It is a stage full of softness which awaits you to join your city of departure, Arles. 
End of the tour after the return of the bikes in Arles.

Level 2 – Medium ( from 10 years old)
The hike does not present any particular difficulty but some stages are more than 30 km long.

The rental of bikes and their equipment (front bag with integrated briefcase, rear bag, helmet (on request), repair kit with patches etc.) For families, we provide a baby seat, a trailer or a follower bike depending on their age and size.

By train: Arles is served by direct TGV trains from Paris (Gare de Lyon), Lyon and Marseille. Travel time from Paris is estimated at 3h55, 2h30 from Lyon by TER and 49 mn from Marseille. To plan your trip, https://www.oui.sncf/.
If you come by car, you can park for free on the P6 car park near Arles SNCF railway station, avenue Paulin Talabot, video protection, 120 spaces.
